After the success of the Vapeshell for Billet Box, Atmizoo now offers a version compatible with DotAIO.
Rebuildable tank for dotAIO
The DotShell is not just a simple rebuildable deck to insert into the DotAIO — it completely replaces the original tank. Designed by Atmizoo, it integrates as a central module and is installed in place of the standard reservoir.
Its single-coil deck is positioned at the base of the tank, while the juice inlets are located above, allowing for optimal cotton saturation and full use of the e-liquid. Thanks to this configuration, the tank capacity increases from 2.5 ml to 3 ml.
Exceptionally simple
Atmizoo drew on the experience gained with the Vapeshell to design the DotShell. Accessing the build deck is simple: just remove the DotShell from the DotAIO, flip it over, and pull on its base.
This system offers a practical advantage: you can access the build deck even when the tank is still filled, setting it apart from other models currently on the market.
- Once the deck is removed, two large opposing Phillips screws become visible. The deck features a central channel with specific functions:
- It is aligned with the coil position, making placement easier. It also serves as a space for the cotton, allowing you to easily gauge the appropriate amount to install.
To stabilize the coil, you must first remove the airflow ring and then use the included 510 base. Once screwed onto the bottom of the DotShell, it can be connected to any regulated box mod for coil checking.
Adjustable airflow
The DotShell’s atomization chamber and chimney are made of 316 stainless steel. The clamp screws are made of 304 stainless steel, while the insulators are crafted from PEEK, a material known for its durability and high heat resistance.
The tank itself is made of PCTG, a transparent and durable polymer compatible with e-liquids containing so-called aggressive flavorings.
Premium quality
The build chamber and chimney of the DotShell are made of 316 stainless steel. The screws are made of 304 stainless steel (SS304), and the insulators are made of PEEK, a material known for its durability and thermal resistance.
The tank is made of PCTG, a durable polymer suitable for e-liquids containing aggressive components.
