Our packages are sent by Colissimo EMS via La Poste and DHL Express. We advise you to group your orders so as not to pay multiple shipping costs.

Orders placed before 3 p.m. are prepared and then handed over to carriers by collection the same day, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and contingencies. Orders placed outside this period are shipped the following day excluding Saturday, Sunday or public holiday.

A tracking number will be sent to you by e-mail, in order to follow the delivery of the order. It may take up to 24 hours for this to update.

As soon as a follow-up indicates a status such as "distributed", "delivered", "delivered to mailbox" or "delivered to custodian", no action can then be considered. Steam and Vape undertakes to take the necessary steps with the carrier as long as this status is not validated (complaints, reshipping ...).

Delivery times are given in working days and as an indication by the various carriers.

DHL Express

DHL Express have a tracking number and are delivered against signature. Prices are calculated at the delivery stage, they are variable depending on "oil adjustments" and the difficulty of accessing your delivery address.
